As a creative, does running a business disrupt your creative flow? In a world of screen fatigue, push notifications and access on demand, learn how you can better manage tasks in your creative business to allow to focus on your creative process.
Delivered by Jessica Armstrong, Project Manager and Creative Producer, this session will explore approaches to organising yourself, your tasks, your stakeholders and your creative world.
Taking place on Zoom Meetings, there will be opportunity for discussion, activities away from the screen and Q+A. Join this interactive session and learn the processes and skills which bring you the space and time to be creative!

- Build awareness of the habits that keep you busy but not productive
- Learn about frameworks that will help you decide and prioritise your tasks
- Review apps and offline methods that can support you and your activity to better schedule and communicate around your priorities, activities and deadlines

Jessica Armstrong is a Project Manager and Creative Producer and has over 20 years’ experience planning and implementing marketing, business development and operational projects across a range of industries, sectors and cultures.
She has built a stable professional foundation on the skills and experiences she's had in this time and is able to bring structure, patience, resilience, curiosity and courage to all interactions, in her roles beyond production and project management, but also into business strategy design
Jessica will also be joined by Sally Lloyd, Director at Project Jasmine Ltd, supporting businesses, directors and teams grow, for part of the session.
